Designed to make the transportation of dry ice more efficient and safer, Integrated Dry Ice Dosing Systems are specifically engineered for vapor quality, uniform pellet size, smooth operation, easy integration with existing packaging lines, and ease of maintenance.Our Integrated Dry Ice Dosing solutions provide fast, smooth, precise, and reliable dosing of dry ice. The systems are available in hopper sizes of 242 lb (110 kg), dosing speeds reach 81 lb/minute (7.4 to 37 kg/minute). That’s how we work your dosing into your workflow.

  • The new Integrated Dry Ice Dosing System is a combination of a Dry Ice Machine and a Cube Divider with a clear punch. The Machine parts are protected by a moisture-free enclosure, reducing the noise level to below 85db(A). In addition it has two different control modes, Manual Mode and Autocalibration Mode.
  • A hands free and highly efficient dry ice dosing system. Sub-cooling technology minimizes CO2 waste, pre-sets the desired serving size, and allows for quick and easy disassembly and cleaning of the dosing system.
