Cleaner for substrate preparation, removes concrete residues and opens porosity

- Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation is a cleaner which rapidly removes mortar or concrete laitance, limescale deposits and traces of efflorescence.
- Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation increases the concrete’s porosity and helps finishing products to penetrate.
- Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation is a new generation product, it is much less aggressive than other products on the market (it is not classified and labelled corrosive or irritant, which means that the risk of accidents during its use is greatly reduced).
- Guard Cleaner® Surface Preparation requires no neutralisation after rinsing with water.
- Do not use on UHPC with metallic fibers.
- All types of concrete: standard, reinforced, fibre, high-performance (UHPC, GRC)

Application :
- Shake the product well before use and apply neat.
- Always test on a small hidden portion of the substrate before applying.
- To increase the efficiency, first wet the surface with water.
- Apply the product liberally to the surface.
- Allow it to act 5 minutes maximum.
- Do not allow the product to dry prior to rinsing.
- Rinse the entire substrate with a high pressure washer once the material deposits have softened. Otherwise, brush off using a thick bristle broom, and then rinse with water from a hosepipe whilst brushing at the same time
