Belzona 1983

A two-component high temperature resin for use with Belzona 1983 in SuperWrap II composite repairs for service temperatures up to 302 °F (150 °C) and suitable for minimum application temperature of 41 °F (5 °C).Note: Typical SuperWrap II application would require the use of Belzona 9382 as compaction and release film.

  • Thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of steel, reducing build-up of strain due to thermal cycling

Pipeline and piping of various geometries, pipework including flanges, valves, nozzles, and instrumentation, tank sidewalls and roofs, support pads, saddles and attachments, existing repairs on pipes including metallic plates, clamps or patches, and pressure vessels among others
