REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER

DENAIR REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER – DMD-25 HTF

  • Rated Flow: 25Nm3/min
  • Pressure:  0.4~1.3 Mps
  • Power: 4.0kW
  • Dew Point: 2~10°C

USAGE

Air exchange and protection of compressed air systems

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Utilizes nickel-plated brass tubing that is corrosion-resistant for prolonged service life
  • Uses a special copper tube and fin air-to-air heat exchanger to avoid condensation in the pipeline.
  • For the simplest operation, a computerized control panel and flowchart display are included.
  • For simpler maintenance, connect evaporators with a flange when they have a capacity of 300hp or more.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

Refrigerated Air Dryer is according as air freeze principle. The water would been separated out from compressed air by cooling equipment and separator when the air tamperature is dew point temperature, then the water would been vented by drain valve on automatic. At the same time, the solid granule of more than and oil would been removed

ZINGA® – The optimal solution for protecting solar panel systems

Rust is the number one “enemy” of solar panel mounting structures, leading to rapid degradation and reducing system efficiency.   To address this issue, ZINGA® has been developed as the optimal protection solution. Unlike conventional anti-corrosion paints, ZINGA® operates based on an electrochemical mechanism, creating an active protective layer that self-heals when scratched. This ensures…

      Dehumidification In Abrasive Blasting

Discover why dehumidification is critical for successful abrasive blasting!   Without dehumidification during the blasting and coating process, corrosion can occur on exposed surfaces before a protective coating is applied, leading to significant operational challenges. If a blasted surface remains exposed for too long, ‘flash rust’ can develop, making the surface unsuitable for coating within…
