AIR COOLER

AFTER COOLER ABAC-200 / 800CFM

  • Rated Flow: 22.7 Nm3/min
  • Pressure: 0.4~1.3 Mps
  • Power: 4.0kW
  • Dew Point: 9°C

USAGE

Purify and air-cool compressed air.

APPLICATION

Agricultural facilities supporting a high-temperature factory, central air conditioning supplying and processing fresh air, …

ADVANTAGES

  • Desired temperature and humidity: The fan works on the principle of natural water evaporation to lower the temperature to a stable level, the humidity in the range of 65-70% makes it comfortable and comfortable.
  • Bringing oxygen-rich air: this air source helps employees, relieve stress, relax, and be more comfortable.
  • Maximum power saving
  • Environmental friendliness

WORKING PRINCIPLES

Water, in the form of vapor, enters the air system at the compressor intake, and is concentrated to the saturation point by compression. As cooling occurs downstream of the compressor, the moisture in this saturated air condenses into harmful liquid water.

ZINGA® – The optimal solution for protecting solar panel systems

Rust is the number one “enemy” of solar panel mounting structures, leading to rapid degradation and reducing system efficiency.   To address this issue, ZINGA® has been developed as the optimal protection solution. Unlike conventional anti-corrosion paints, ZINGA® operates based on an electrochemical mechanism, creating an active protective layer that self-heals when scratched. This ensures…

      Dehumidification In Abrasive Blasting

Discover why dehumidification is critical for successful abrasive blasting!   Without dehumidification during the blasting and coating process, corrosion can occur on exposed surfaces before a protective coating is applied, leading to significant operational challenges. If a blasted surface remains exposed for too long, ‘flash rust’ can develop, making the surface unsuitable for coating within…
